About the role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our interview platform. You will work closely with backend, frontend, and QA teams to ensure smooth development workflows, scalable deployments, and secure cloud environments.
The ideal candidate is someone with a deep understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring. You will take ownership of automating infrastructure provisioning, improving deployment strategies, and ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of production systems.
You will also play a critical role in implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to improve system visibility and reduce downtime. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code integration and deployment.
Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Manage and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).
Collaborate with developers to optimize build and deployment processes.
Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
Stay updated with best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
Good understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
Exposure to microservices architecture.
Familiarity with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
Knowledge of cost optimization in cloud environments.
