About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights and building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business, to design data-driven solutions, develop predictive models, and optimize decision-making processes.
As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, applying statistical methods, and leveraging machine learning algorithms to improve our products and services. You should be comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data, be able to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to the development of scalable data pipelines.
Key responsibilities include:
Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets.
Designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
Conducting A/B testing and statistical analysis to guide business strategies.
Collaborating with software engineers to deploy models into production.
Building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
Staying updated with the latest developments in AI/ML, deep learning, and big data technologies.
