About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that organizational needs are translated into well-defined requirements and actionable solutions. You will be deeply involved in understanding business processes, analyzing data, recommending improvements, and helping to design innovative solutions that align with our company’s strategic vision.
This role requires not only strong analytical and problem-solving skills but also excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities. You will collaborate with diverse teams—product managers, developers, data scientists, QA, and business leaders—to gather insights, map workflows, and validate requirements. You will also help in monitoring project outcomes, conducting post-implementation reviews, and ensuring continuous process improvements.
The Business Analyst will also be expected to stay current with industry best practices, digital transformation trends, and modern tools for business analysis and reporting. Your insights will guide key decisions that directly impact business efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Develop use cases, workflows, process maps, and wireframes to clearly articulate requirements and proposed solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirements-gathering meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, user needs, and system capabilities.
Support data-driven decision-making by creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Ensure compliance with company policies, information security standards, and regulatory frameworks during solution design and implementation.
Track and monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops to validate that delivered solutions meet requirements.
Provide post-implementation support, measure project impact, and recommend further enhancements for optimization.
Champion Agile and Scrum practices by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams, helping them identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational efficiency.
