About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Developer (MERN) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. The role requires expertise across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and the ability to build end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the MERN stack.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code.
Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend and backend.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Work with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend services.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB (data modeling, queries, indexing).
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS/Bootstrap.
Understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and web security.
Proficient in Git and version control workflows.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless frameworks.
Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
