About the role

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join our team and build the next generation of intelligent applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and other foundation models. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about AI-driven product innovation who can bridge the gap between research and real-world applications.

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Designing and implementing AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs and multimodal models.

Prompt engineering and fine-tuning models to optimize accuracy, relevance, and performance across various tasks such as text generation, summarization, question answering, knowledge retrieval, and more.

Building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, integrating structured/unstructured data into AI pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.

Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to scale AI features into production-ready microservices and APIs.

Monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing model performance in real-world environments, ensuring reliability, low latency, and cost efficiency.

Researching new AI advancements (transformers, multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs, multimodal AI) and proposing how they can be applied to our platform.

Ensuring ethical AI practices, addressing bias, security, and compliance concerns while developing solutions.

Contributing to system design and architecture for cloud-native AI applications with scalability in mind.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning. You’ll play a key role in helping shape how generative AI impacts businesses and users, delivering features that go beyond simple automation to create intelligent, adaptive, and human-like systems.
