About the role
You'll sit inside the product with us. Not on the side. Inside. Write code — frontend, backend, whatever the day needs. Work with voice AI, LLMs, real-time speech pipelines, telephony. Test the agent on real phone calls (yes, you'll call your own AI and roast it). Talk to potential customers — salon owners, doctors, dealers — and figure out what they actually need. Most engineers never learn this. It's a superpower. Debug weird stuff late at night because a call went sideways. Sit in on what-to-build-next decisions. You'll learn how a product goes from a blank Figma to an AI that picks up someone's phone in Lucknow. End to end. Not a slice of it. We're looking for someone who has built stuff, is comfortable or quick at learning JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, React, Python, and is curious about Voice AI or willing to learn.
