About the role
Highly motivated Software Engineer with a solid background in software development. The ideal candidate should be adept at multi-tasking across various development activities, including Research, coding and unit testing, code reviews, analysis, debugging, bug fixing, and system configuration. Development of new features in the complex area of the Teradata Database. Understand the existing features and code which needs strong ‘C/C++’ skills and data structures. Candidate shall also be involved in fixing bugs in the Teradata Database code initially to gain an understanding of the different areas. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the development process.
