About the role
Design and develop one or more services/components in the platform to a high quality bar. Own the full project lifecycle: user story, design, development, testing, review, documentation, and maintenance. Apply AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation. Adhere to standard software engineering practices. Collaborate in a flexible, geographically distributed, and evolving team environment. B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science with a strong academic record, or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of back-end software development experience. Strong data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Java and related stack (Spring Boot, etc.). Proven experience designing, building, and evolving scalable cloud-based services on AWS/Azure. Self-starter who learns new technologies quickly and adapts to changing requirements. Good written/verbal communication and team collaboration skills. Hands-on use of AI coding assistants for development, code review, and debugging. Prompt engineering for generating code, tests, or documentation.
