About the role
Build and maintain end-to-end web applications, robust APIs, and microservices supporting global Trailblazer Community collaboration products. Own and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS, optimizing pipelines and CI/CD workflows for efficient delivery. Leverage cutting-edge AI-assisted engineering workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, prototyping, and problem-solving. Participate in defining architecture and design considerations for re-use, code management, security, performance, scalability, and accessibility. Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and UX designers to build features our Trailblazers will love and adopt. Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model, taking ownership of code quality, automated testing, and release management.
