About the role
We are hiring a sharp, self-reliant Technical Intern to build, scale, and optimize our multi-tenant CRM backend. You are expected to hit the ground running with zero hand-holding on the basics. Key Responsibilities include designing and maintaining backend services for a multi-tenant CRM platform, constructing PostgreSQL database schemas and enforcing security policies, building custom API integrations and webhooks, auditing and optimizing AI prompts and LLM API calls, and identifying and debugging logic errors in active pipelines. Qualifications include practical understanding of relational databases, solid OOP principles and hands-on experience in Node.js/TypeScript (or Python), clear grasp of tenant context management, familiarity with prompt structure, and proven ability to build real projects independently.
