About the role

Design, build, test and maintain backend services and APIs. Work with databases and server-side systems. Debug real issues; improve reliability and performance. Write clean, modular, well-documented code and take part in code reviews. Own your tasks end-to-end — from implementation to completion. Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, systems. Confident in at least one of Python / Java / C++ / Go. Some understanding of APIs, databases and backend frameworks. Familiar with Git. Pursuing or recently done with a CS / Software Engineering degree. Most of all: you've actually built things, and you can explain your choices. Nice to have: backend/production projects, Docker, Linux, cloud, CI/CD, or exposure to AI/ML.
