About the role
Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend. Design and implement data pipelines for fleet/telematics data. Build analytics dashboards and visualizations from real fleet data. Integrate basic AI/LLM features (RAG-based Q&A, insights, summarization) into the product. Work directly with founders on architecture and product decisions — real ownership, not busywork. Strong proficiency in TypeScript. Backend experience with Django or Node.js. Working knowledge of Python, especially for data analysis. Basic exposure to LangChain or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems - doesn't need to be deep, just comfortable getting hands dirty. Comfort working with real-world, messy data. Self-starter mindset - this is a live client project, not a sandbox.
