About the role
Build and maintain backend services that integrate with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and multiple third-party ad networks. Develop frontend features and dashboards in React used by both publishers and internal teams for tasks like ad unit management, monitoring, and operational workflows. Work with large datasets ad traffic, impressions, and performance metrics to support reporting and optimization. Integrate with external APIs (ad networks, mediation platforms, data providers). Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, build, test, and ship features end to end. Debug and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability at scale. Must-Haves Proficiency in Go for backend development. Working knowledge of React for frontend development. Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and MongoDB. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and API design fundamentals. A builder's mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and shipping in a fast-moving environment.
