About the role
Build features across the stack on client projects: database, backend, frontend, deployment. Pick up a new framework or language when a project needs it, with documentation and AI tools. Draw the architecture before you code it and explain the trade-offs in review. Debug production issues, write the fix and the test that proves it. Demo your work to the client with the team every week. At least one thing you built that other people actually used, with a link. Working knowledge of one backend and one frontend language, any of them. Understanding of how data moves through a system: requests, state, storage, failure. Comfort reading documentation and trying things before asking. Ability to work from Kandivali East five days a week from your start date.
