About the role

Build, test and maintain features for Blacklitt's web platform / client-facing tools / internal research systems. Turn functional requirements into clean, readable, well-documented code. Debug issues and help improve the performance, reliability and usability of our applications. Take part in code reviews, sprint planning and technical discussions. Work with engineers, researchers and other teams to understand problems and ship solutions. Write clear documentation, give regular progress updates, and act on feedback quickly. A freshers or 0–2 years of experience profile, with a degree (or final-year student) in CS, IT or a related field. Solid fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and basic OOP. Working knowledge of at least one language, such as Python / JavaScript / Java. Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication.
