About the role
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js under the guidance of experienced engineers. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Assist in developing and integrating new product features. Build and work with REST APIs and backend services. Work with databases and third-party integrations. Write unit tests and follow good software development practices. Debug issues and help improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems. Collaborate with other engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews and learn industry best practices. Contribute to building secure and scalable backend systems. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and algorithms. Good understanding of JavaScript and Node.js. Basic understanding of backend development and REST APIs. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar. Understanding of Git and version control. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
